The Children's Mental Health Professional – Program Supervisor position is to provide direct client care, ensure compliance with CTSS Standards, and provide clinical staff supervision and program oversight. The CTSS Program Manager will provide staff training, promote staff, and program development and provide direct client services. The direct services will include but not be limited to review and completion of annual Comprehensive Evaluations (Diagnostic Assessments), approval of treatment plans completed by Mental Health Practitioners, and provide individual/family or group psychotherapy services. It is estimated the job duties will be 50% supervisory and program responsibilities and 50% direct client services.
This is a 40 hour/week, full time position. Hours may be non-traditional with some evening hours.
Primary Responsibilities:
· Oversees and manages the CTSS Program and CTSS staff.
· Provide competent and evidence-based therapeutic care to clients.
· Recruit, hire and train new staff to promote growth of the CTSS program.
· Provide clinical supervision and performance supervision to mental health professionals and practitioners within the program.
· Ensure compliance with CTSS standards including policies and procedures. Oversees client referral process and eligibility determination.
· Be an active member of the South Central Human Relations Center’s Community Behavioral Health Clinic team of mental health professionals and practitioners.
Educational and Experiential Requirements:
· Mental Health Professional with current and valid licensure as a LICSW, LMFT, LP, or LPCC
· Prior experience working in a Children's Therapeutic Services and Support program is preferred.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
· Valid MN Driver’s license
· Must be able to pass a background check.
· Current Professional Licensure completed.
Wage and Benefits:
· $34.00 - $40.00 per hour, depending on level of experience.
